A look at Chef Bill's March Cooking Class

Wow, did we have fun at this class. It was sold out with 16 students. We covered a great deal in a short time and the students got to make their own pasta, some helped with breaking down lobster and stuffing their own strudel. Here are snippets of video and photographs.


Bill's next class is Sunday, April 5th from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and he will cover:

Salads and Vinaigrettes
Duck Ravoli
Roasted Leg of Lamb with Trimmings
