Sotto Sopra Restaurant has been nominated by Baltimore Magazine for the Best Italian Restaurant and we are thrilled with the honor BUT we would like to win.  We are reaching out to all Sotto Sopra's friends to ask you to vote....it is an election year you know!. You can only vote once.
