Join us every Tuesday night when Daniela Useli creates one of her wonderful and delicious homemade Italian Dinners. Daniela, a native Sardinian, loves to cook and entertain so we bring her to Sotto Sopra once a week to cook her Italian specialties. We hope you enjoy. Both Daniela's and Sotto Sopra's dinner menu are available on Tuesdays.

Antipasto
Frittatine al Sedano
Fried dough flavored with French brandy liquor, filled with celery, corn, walnuts, Gorgonzola cheese and cream cheese

Primo
Fettuccine in Salsa di Gamberi
Hand made egg-fettuccine, topped with a red-pepper, shrimp tomato sauce

Secondo
Sogliola alla Parmigiana
Oven baked flounder, sautéed in a butter and white dry wine sauce, and sprinkled with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Served with a mix of grilled eggplant and zucchini.

Dolce
Diplomtiche
Puff-pastry and “Pan-di-Spagna” sheets layered and filled with “crema pasticcera”
