Each month Chef Crouse offers up a selection of dishes from our regular dinner menu for you to sample. Listed below is his menu for the Wednesday night tastings in June. Guests can choose the tasting menu or from the regular dinner menu.

June Menu

Primo (choice of Appetizer)

Insalata di Barbabietola e Gorgonzola

Roasted red beets and Gorgonzola cheese with arugula dressed with lemon, olive oil and coarse sea salt from Trapani

Zuppa del Giorno

Soup of the Day

Cozze all Marinara

Prince Edward island mussels sautéed with garlic and tomatoes and white wine broth

Secondo (choice of Entrée)

Mushroom Ravioli

House-made mushroom stuffed ravioli sautéed in butter and sage with a porcini reduction sauce

Spaghetti Aglio e Olio con Gambi

Spaghetti tossed in olive oil, garlic and crushed red pepper with sautéed shrimp

Pappardelle Sotto Sopra

House-made pappardelle with fresh mozzarella and tomato sauce

Chicken Milanese

Tender chicken breast lightly breaded topped with tomatoes, fennel, arugula and shaved parmesan in a lemon truffle oil dressing

Grilled Salmon

Salmon grilled accompanied with horseradish studded mashed potatoes
and julienne vegetables with a blackberry balsamic reduction

Terzo (choice of Dessert)
