Join us every Tuesday night when Daniela Useli creates one of her wonderful and delicious homemade Italian Dinners. Daniela, a native Sardinian, loves to cook and entertain so we bring her to Sotto Sopra once a week to cook her Italian specialties. We hope you enjoy. Both Daniela's and Sotto Sopra's dinner menu are available on Tuesdays.
Antipasto
Carciofi alle Erbe
Fresh artichokes sautéed in a lemon and dry white wine sauce, flavored with fresh mint, parsley, and anchovies
Primo
Melanzane alla Parmigiana
Sweet sliced eggplants slowly cooked in tomato sauce, layered and topped with mozzarella cheese
Secondo
Arrosto di vitello al latte
Veal filetto, sautéed in an extra virgin olive oil, butter, black pepper, and Cognac sauce, oven baked in a milk sauce. Served with steamed carrots
Dolce
Millefoglie
Puff-pastry sheets layered and filled with candied fruits, and “crema pasticcera”.
