Join us every Tuesday night when Daniela Useli creates one of her wonderful and delicious homemade Italian Dinners. Daniela, a native Sardinian, loves to cook and entertain so we bring her to Sotto Sopra once a week to cook her Italian specialties. We hope you enjoy. Both Daniela's and Sotto Sopra's dinner menu are available on Tuesdays.

Rotolini di Spinaci e Ricotta, o di Prosciutto e Formaggio
Pasta brisé rolls filled with ricotta cheese and spinach, or with cooked ham and mozzarella cheese

Primo
Gnocchetti alla Campidanese
One of the Sardinian signature dishes, hand-made by Daniela. Thin gnocchi pasta served with a traditional sausage and saffron flavored tomato sauce

Secondo
Cotolette Impanate con Contorno di Insalata alla Marcella
Sliced beef tenderloin lightly breaded and deep-fried, served with freshly made Marcella salad

A true Sardinian dessert! Home made crispy dough filled with fresh pecorino cheese sprinkled with a touch of honey.
