Antipasto

Tantalizing appetizer of fresh clams, mussels, calamari, shrimp and octopus served in extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, Italian parsley and garlic marinade

Il Primo

Fregula e Cocciulas
This recipe is from one of the oldest Sardinian traditions
as well as one of Daniela’s signature dishes. Made with semolina flour and Sardinian saffron, the Fregula pasta is slowly cooked with clams, Italian parsley, sun-dried tomatoes and garlic.

Il Secondo

Zuppa di Cozze
Mussels cooked in a delicate marinara sauce with fresh tomatoes
served on a bed of bruschetta

Il Dolce

Sebadas
(A traditional Sardinian dessert)
Hand-made crispy dough filled with fresh pecorino cheese
finished with a touch of honey
