Spring peas and carrot soup, flavored with onions and served with brushetta topped with Reggiano Parmigiano cheese.

Involtini di Pollo al Vino Bianco
Chicken breast strips rolled with Italian prosciutto, rosemary leaves, and sautéed in a dry white wine sauce. Served with rosemary flavored roasted potatoes.
Dolce
Saccottini di Pasta Sfoglia
Puff pastry shells filled with bananas and chocolate cream.
