CHEF'S COOKING CLASS

Executive Chef Bill Crouse invites you into the Sotto Sopra kitchen for a cooking class Sunday, March 1st from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. At the conclusion of the class all will enjoy the foods prepared with a bit of vino. Class is demonstration with optional hands on components for those who wish to participate. We can assure you will learn a lot, enjoy the camaraderie of co-students and not go home hungry.

Basic lesson on sauteing

Split Pea and Ham Soup

Lobster Ravioli with a lobster bisque sauce
Lesson 4
For the Sweet Tooth
Warm Apple Strudel with a warm Caramel Sauce
